How to book

Our hire charges for the Hall are £20 per hour.

Due to increasing energy costs we now charge £10 if you wish to bring a Bouncy Castle.

A £75 deposit for damages and £100 deposit for teenage parties or late parties is charged. These are returnable after the event providing that you do not leave any rubbish and you leave the hall clean and tidy.

By requesting a booking date and time through the booking system you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Any information provided for the purposes of booking the hall will not be passed on to third parties for marketing or other purposes. For details of how we use your information please see our data protection policy.

To book the hall (or click here for video tutorial):

  • check the date and time you want is available on the calendar below 
  • click the on the “+” sign on the day you wish to book
  • add your details in the “New User” section (or log in if you have previously registered)
  • please ensure that you book the hall for the entire time you need to use it; we recommend you book for at least half an hour before your event to set up and half an hour at the end of your event to sweep up, stack chairs and vacate the hall
  • you will be emailed an invoice with payment details (payments by bank transfer); your invoice needs to be manually generated by a volunteer so please be patient!

Once payment has been received the administrators will then mark your booking as confirmed. 

You must pay your invoice at least 28 days before your event or your booking will be cancelled.
