Information provided for the purposes of booking the hall will be handled on the following basis.

  • Single bookings – information will be used for the purposes of arranging the letting only and will be disposed of after the letting is complete or at the end of the financial year.
  • Regular bookings – information will be used for the purposes of arranging the letting and with the agreement of the person or organisation booking the hall details can be included on our website and provided to people enquiring about the classes, courses, etc. provided by the lessee. This information will be disposed of after the letting is complete or at the end of the financial year in which the letting ceases.

Any information provided for the purposes of booking the hall will not be passed on to third parties for marketing or other purposes.
