Inflatable Equipment and Hirer Responsibility
Important notice for hirers
When hiring bouncy castles or other large inflatables to be used on the premises, the hirer is responsible for ensuring the supplier they engage holds adequate insurance to cover any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of that equipment.
The hall’s insurance does not cover third‑party inflatables or activities provided by external contractors.
By booking the hall for an event where inflatables will be used, you confirm that you will only use suppliers who can provide evidence of appropriate insurance and safe operation.
You must obtain and retain copies of the supplier’s insurance documentation and safety paperwork before the event.

They have supplied evidence to the committee of adequate insurance and safety documentation.
